This is permanent. Deleting your account erases your mozeq data and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel your subscription instead — you can delete the account later.
You can delete your mozeq account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app or the website. Follow whichever applies to you.
If you're unable to access your account, email us at support@mozeq.ai from the email address on your account and request deletion. We'll verify and complete it for you.
When you delete your account, mozeq permanently removes all of the following:

| Subscription records | Your mozeq subscription/entitlement records |
mozeq deletes your account data immediately. A limited set of records may be retained by third parties or as required by law:
Note: deleting your mozeq account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. To stop store billing, also cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
