In short. mozeq collects the minimum needed to run your account and the Service: your email, your settings, and payment status. We do not sell your personal data. Payments are handled by third-party processors — we never see your full card details. We use advertising-measurement cookies only with your consent, and in the EU, EEA and UK only after you accept them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
This Privacy Policy explains how mozeq ("mozeq", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the mozeq website, terminals, applications, and related services (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Use.
mozeq is a market-data terminal operated from Lahore, Pakistan. We display market data aggregated from third-party providers for informational purposes only — we do not own or originate that data, and we are not a trading, brokerage, or signals service. This policy concerns the personal information relating to your account, not the market data shown in the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We do not require or collect your real name, physical address, or government identification to use the core Service.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service and your account); our legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Service); your consent (where specifically requested — including advertising and measurement cookies for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK); and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, as described in Section 5.
We use browser local storage and essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and make the Service function. These are necessary for the Service to work, and they are not used to build advertising profiles. Third-party providers we rely on (such as authentication and payment processors) may set their own cookies as part of delivering their services.
To understand whether our advertising works, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API (Meta Platforms). These let us measure actions such as visiting the site, creating an account, or starting a subscription, and attribute them to an ad. To do this we may share with Meta a hashed (irreversible) version of your email, cookie identifiers (for example _fbp / _fbc), your IP address and browser type. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to show ads to you inside mozeq.
Your choice. For visitors in the EU, EEA and UK, these advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel do not load until you accept them in our cookie banner. If you decline, no pixel loads and no advertising or conversion data is sent to Meta — and you can still use the Service fully. Elsewhere, the pixel loads under implied consent unless you opt out.
Withdrawing consent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the mozeq_consent value and cookies in your browser (which brings the banner back), or by adjusting cookie settings in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops future advertising measurement; it does not affect processing that already took place. You can also manage Meta's use of your data in your Meta ad preferences.
We use privacy-friendly product and performance analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to keep the Service fast and reliable. These do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers — our card payment processor and, for purchases made in our mobile apps, the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you make a payment, your payment details are provided directly to the relevant processor and are handled under their privacy policies and security standards.
We do not receive or store your full card number or complete payment credentials. We receive limited information necessary to confirm your subscription status, such as a transaction reference, plan, and payment state.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only: with the service providers described above; with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement, subject to your consent where required (see Section 5); when required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and property of mozeq or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and access controls. Your account data is protected by row-level security so that it is accessible only to you. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
mozeq is operated from Lahore, Pakistan, and the Service runs on global cloud infrastructure, so your information may be processed and stored in Pakistan and in other countries, including where our providers operate. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it is treated consistently with this policy and applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a copy of your information in a portable format. You can exercise many of these directly through your account settings, or by contacting us at contact@mozeq.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
